Faith...Hebrews 11:6...Thursday

  But without faith it is impossible to please Him,  

for he who comes to God must believe that He is,  

and that He is a rewarder of those
who diligently seek Him. Hebrews 11:6(NKJV)

Here are some thoughts, definitions, and scriptures that that will shine a light on the topic of Faith...

1. Faith is mandatory for us to approach God. 
   Faith is the Word of God acted and lived out.
2. Comes-Drawing near to God.
   Draw near to God and He will draw near to you.
   James 4:8
3. Believe-accept something is true; feel sure of the truth of.
   Then Jesus said to the centurion,
   “Go your way; and as you have believed,
   so let it be done for you.”
    And his servant was healed that same hour.
   Matthew 8:13
4. He is- When we come to God we have to believe He is!!
   1. That He is your SALVATION

   2. That He is your REDEEMER
      Psalm 19:14
   3. That He is your HEALER

   4. That He is your PROVIDER

   5. That He is your STRENGTH

5. Rewarder-One who gives rewards. 
   Seek ye first the kingdom of God
   and all these things shall be added unto you.
   Matthew 6:33
6. As we diligently seek our God He reveals all that He has for us.  We are given revelation knowledge.  He shows us of things to come. He guides our footsteps.
    That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him,  the eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that you may know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints,and what is the exceeding greatness of His power toward us who believe, according to the working of His mighty power
